It's a pleasure to pop in, ask for something really unusual and see them go straight to the correct drawer and produce said item with a flourish. Also, if you want anything from one screw to four candles they will happily sell the quantity you need and pop it in a paper bag. No plastic wrapped expensive packets like the chains."
