"Went to purchase a new kitchen walked in and the man sitting at the desk never spoke never asked what we wanted or if he could help, after looking at the different styles of doors etc we picked 2 out we then asked for a quote he asked if we had an account which we have but haven't used for a while, he then decides to tell us that they are only on display and they don't sell that type anymore.... Crazy, if you don't sell them why have them on display, these "gentlemen" definitely require so customer relation training."
