"Lily was supposed to take our son, today for his first Automatic Driving lesson, it was arranged a few weeks ago. The appointed time came and there was no sign of her and no response to text messages and phone calls. She then sent a text this evening, 8 hours after the lesson was supposed to have taken place, saying that she had texted him 2 days ago cancelling the lesson as she was busy with pre test students. My son received no such text. For someone who relies on word of mouth for new clientele it’s a very strange way to behave. Ironically, I left a message with her today, requesting Automatic lessons and she rang me, offering her services. Obviously not that busy then! Sort your act out Lily…your current business model isn’t working! You’ve wasted our time."
