"Purchased last week with nothing but issues with delivery since. Always having to chase where the order was, no update from the company at all despite ringing numerous times over 2 days for an ETA. Driver didn't show yesterday so I was told delivery before 10am today. Had to chase once again today to be told it was only just going onto the truck. Delivery invoice printed today minutes after I rang up. Simple updates would of been more than enough in this case. Pointless giving a phone number otherwise. Only giving 1* due to the delivery driver couldn't be anymore helpful or apologetic and explaining they were told otherwise regarding delivery. Won't be returning, poor customer service."

Everyone was very friendly, social distancing maintained. Excellent price and quality wood. Will go again in future for any wood supplies. I would highly recommend !!"
