"Generally well stocked and conveniently situated DIY store. Stock most of what you need. Only disadvantages are the sometimes very steep pricing (especially hardware like screws and bolts) and the small plants section. Otherwise a good store that is open late and will generally stock what you need"
"I attended this site on a 4hr breakdown to have a look at a fork truck. I arrived at the back gate to gain access where I had to call the store. I spoke with a lady called Kerry and I explained what I was there for. she then spoke to me in a very rude manner "what, at this time. it's nearly 6 o'clock". I said that's fine ill go home and not fix your truck. I proceeded around to the front of the store to try and get this job completed. I then met with Kerry who then carried on speaking to me in a rude manner . This is not the way to talk to a member of public and engineer who has gone out of their way to provide a good service, to get the equipment up and running. Overall experience was very poor from Kerry the 'manager' on shift at the time. I will also contact the complaints department to put in a formal complaint against Kerry."
"Absolutely awesome service from a lady called Laura!!! I bought a rather bulky product that had a massive fault on it,so I called & explained that I'm in a wheelchair & had no way to bring it back(other than paying someone to bring it back for me) she sorted everything out for me over the phone. I've literally never had service as good as this since my accident & it was nice to find a large company with some empathy for once. I recommend this shop 100% & will purchase every garden/diy product I ever need in the future from them. Keep up the good work, once again, many thanks Laura!!!!"
