"Went into the store today to look for some edging stones for a drive way, went inside the store to ask for advise of where to look in their yard, I was stood at the customer service counter and numerous staff chatting away to each other, on mobile phones, some eating food, I stood in the shop for around 3-4 minutes nobody acknowledged me, nor served me, so I left the shop. "Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars, but if 10 stars were available, this would be a 10 star review. You absolutely do not need to go anywhere other than Huws Gray in Stafford. The staff are all polite, friendly and have a vast wealth of knowledge that no matter what your question, it will get answered. Then always go the extra mile to help you out even helping to load the items (pre-covid times). If you are unsure if something is in stock, give them a ring and they will help you out and have up to date stock information. Great products, great service, great prices - why would you go anywhere else? I cannot recommend them highly enough."
