"We visited the place after Christmas holiday break and were very positively surprised! Our 20-month old absolutely loved the baby area, that I have to say is much bigger than in other places, very well equipped and spotless clean. We were lucky enough to enjoy it for most of the time almost exclusively, and out little one had wonderful time exploring the sensory areas. The food and drinks are of a good quality too and in reasonable prices. We will be definitely back in there :)"

"Just visited the Banbury site today to break up our long journey up north. We aren’t local so found it last minute on Google. Absolutely brilliant place! Our children are under 3, so we just went in the baby and toddler parts which were fantastic! Lots more to do than we expected. Food was great too. We had a festive veggie wrap which was delicious! Beats the usual food found in most soft plays. Would recommend, and we will definitely be back to break up our long drive to visit family. Thank you!"

"I had a birthday party for my 5 year old daughter on sunday. I was absolutely blown away by Katie & how attentive she was. She was an absolute credit to the business. Nothing was too much and she was so friendly and personal about it all. The food was great and all the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. They managed to cater for dietary requirements (gluten free) I really could not recommend this place any more and 5 stars for Katie... fantastic. I will be recommending rugrats to all of fellow parents and will be using it for future parties without a doubt"

"So pleasantly surprised by my visit after having read some of the reviews. The facilities are great and there’s so much for babies under 1, which justifies the slightly higher price (still not unreasonable at around the £5 mark). Lots of sensory play things and plenty of soft play which my baby loved throwing themselves off! A great big kids’ area too, as well as trampolines and lots of activity boards on the walls. Everywhere was clean and well looked after, and the toilets were clean too. Lots of seating and the little cafe had plenty of options for dietary requirements (I have a dairy allergy). The falafel wrap was delicious, as was the chicken stir fry. There was plenty on the menu for everyone and a great range of baby and toddler snacks and pouches too. We only stopped in to break up a long journey for my baby but will definitely come back!"

"Visited today with my kids and nephew. I’m from London so been to a lot of soft play places there and but this one was outstanding. The layout was amazing it’s huge. The under 3s area was perfect so much to do. I will definitely visit again and the food options looked great. Met the owner too she was lovely and you can tell she has great passion for children. There was a cool sand interactive area too which I thought was really good. Entry price is decent also."
