"Love the place. Has some amazing classes, great staff and all the equipment you need for a successful workout. In regards to the Trilogy chain, it offers so much diversity. Each gym offers something different. Duston has an amazing free weight area. Mounts has the health suite, Cripps has some dedicated rooms, one of which a virtual spin room. I’m yet to trial Danes camp and Lings. Love it and excellent value for money."
