"I'm always happy leaving my cats here."
"Totally let down last minute before the morning of our holidays by this unprofessional, rude , unsympathetic lady ! . My cat had a tiny non infected graze on his ear , on arrival the lady refused to take him unless seen by a vet . After rushing around to the vets and reassured it was non infected , given a long lasting antibiotic injection too for precaution the owner still refused to take him . I was in tears of frustration and the lady put the phone down on me without any compassion. Thankfully I managed to have a good friend help us out and not having to lose my holiday !"
