"Doing their best in difficult times, this is not my normal surgery it was a 35 minute drive. Parking was difficult especially as it's near a school and getting out of the car park alongside the surgery was tight due to cats parked everywhere. On arrival I called to let them know I had arrived and was told to wait. Thirty minutes after my appointment time I got a call and the Vet was superb she gave our girl her booster, weighed her and she even got a doggy treat. Clinical service excellent, organisationally not quite so good hence 4 not 5 stars"
