"I've been going to these people for a long time, because despite been very unprofessional their work is good. But today I've had enough. I go in regular for an eye brow wax and I don't like to have them threaded, which they know, I mean my gp can't even treat me if I refuse but these people seem to think they can and then mock you when you say no. Today I went in, their was a woman on the phone and someone behind the till, the woman behind the till rang someone and said the other lady won't get off the phone so she needs hurry back. I was told it was a 5 min wait....no body else was getting any treatment, and this lady thought a phone conversation was more important than custom....I am not going back. There are 3 other places really close by which I'm going to try"
"Really disappointed. This was my third visit for brows and it was a different lady than usual. Firstly she was extremely unfriendly hardly acknowledging me and talking to others. Then she was VERY rough with the waxing and the only thing she said was they are very fine which I already knew! I paid as always and then checked out my eyebrows....they had a part missing she had waxed the middle of one!! I went back in and said what have you done there is a hole in the middle of one eyebrow. .first she said that's a scar which I assured her it isn't and all I got was sorry love. I won't be going back and neither will my sister or mum."
