"Picked up my new car yesterday and can vouch for a smooth, friendly, and professional service from Wollaston Mini. Visited a few local car dealers before finally making the 2 hour drive from London to Northampton, but I can say that it was worth it as the staff here are friendly and accommodating (they fed myself and my sister Diet Cokes and even provided a bowl of water for my sister's dog). Kyle Mock, who sold me my new car, was very kind and professional - he even offered me a lift from the train station on my car-less journey to pick up my new car. All in all 5 stars - I would highly recommend for anyone that doesn't like pushy sales tactics and being disappointed. I'll be recommending Wollaston Mini to friends and family."
"Had a brilliant experience at MINI. Jack Coates is a lovely guy and great salesman. He made the whole process as quick as possible, while having myself and partner laughing. Clive made our test drive feel very relaxed and natural, whilst being very knowledgable about the car and showing different elements whilst I drove, without overwhelming me. Manager Adam was so friendly and chatty with us also. The whole team are a delight and should be proud of the experience they offer. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, and in fact we did already refer a friend to buy a mini the next week.
