"Some good holiday deals on offer here which are worth checking out. Staff were efficient but were not particularly warm or friendly during my visit. I may have been unlucky on the day. The booking form was completed professionally and the subsequent holiday went well without a hitch. So well done on that score. However, I was very disappointed to be asked to pay a 50 euro surcharge for a holiday, when I was paying the full cost of almost four thousand euro with a credit card. Such a charge "may" be levied on a credit card payment, according to the terms and conditions of the agency, presumably if they don't like the look of you. As someone local who goes on five holidays a year, it was a foolish move by Globe Travel who would presumably be looking for repeat business. I have since gone elsewhere with my holiday bookings."
