"Very helpful and friendly Gopika"
"Problems with destination..full refund no hasstle."
"Rome rugby I just wanted to say that the bus transfers to and from the airport www shocking bad. It was impossible to find and or follow the guide and no bus location was provided. By accident we found it ! The return - we were asked to be at the bus for 10.30 It's not rocket science to leave nearly on time but 10.53 leaving is too long to keep people waiting. A 10.30 pick up for a 2pm flight - ??? It's now 2.28 and 4.5 hours since bus time of departure. What a joke ? Worst organised trip ever. I won't be back. Simply appalling."
