"Fantistic service for many years. Trailfinders make the complex into simple and always on hand to assist. Have been on many trips - Amazon, Australia, India, China, Uganda Gorillas, Serengeti.. . Thanks Katie, David and team."
"The 3 month debacle! Myself and my partner visited Trailfinders back in December and I have been dealing with the repercussions ever since. To start, I had the worst customer experience of my life as the travel representative was unbelievably rude, when we enquire about ideas for trip to Mongolia. My partner wrote a complaint on Trustpilot and the general manager emailed and rang her multiple times to discuss the matter and offer some compensation (which we didn't accept). Although we appreciated the effort, it was little comfort in the long run. Before we knew it, Trailfinders had made a claim to Trustpilot that her review wasn't based on a genuine experience and they needed proof that it had happened within 3 days or they would remove it. She provided email communication between her and the manager but this was not accepted and ultimately they removed her review. I then did my own research on Trailfinders, read plenty of reviews, and it turned out that this was a common occurrence. Seems to me that when Trailfinders get a negative review, they make this claim knowing that the customer will not be able to provide proof and Trustpilot, who claim to be "trustworthy" allow it. How is one expected to provide proof of a terrible verbal interaction I asked?!! The logic of this baffles me! Alas, Trustpilot just kept asking for proof and in the end my review succumbed to the ludicrous rules and underhanded nature of both Trailfinders and Trustpilot. I expect to be asked for proof of this experience again any day now......."
"Unbelievable customer service, very knowledgeable staff regarding every detail or questions we had with our potential holiday. Showed us different days/flights for the best time/price to suit us and was a pleasant service. Thank you so much Allex. We got a great deal on our holiday which was significantly cheaper than when we looked at it ourselves and they sorted everything for us. I do have to remove a star just due to how long we waited. We waited around hour on a Monday evening (from 17:30ish), with 3 other people on front of us. There is no booking system here so it is wait and be seen. However, once we were seen the customer service rep didn't disappoint and was super helpful. Also, to be fair it is January so it is probably extremely busy"
"Had reached out to Lucas at trailfinders after trying to apply for a 60 day tourist visa for Thailand. The e visa process through the London embassy is a nightmare. Lucas sent on all the necessary paperwork which I filled out and returned. Really good customer care, keeping in touch by phone and email to iron out any wrinkles.Would highly recommend the service.Big thanks to Lucas"
"A couple of friends had already done the leg work of identifying flights to my chosen destination on the most suitable dates with various caveats but I wasn't brave enough to just go ahead and book. A friend who needs even more cosseting than I do recommended Trailfinders so I took her at her word. A phone call one afternoon and a dash into the Dublin office that evening, some very patient hand-holding, and I'm ready to fly. Thanks to all."
