"Took out booking for next days for wedding and they were perfectly fine and even encouraged booking the return as soon as possible to make sure we got a taxi. Next day they were 30 minutes late so rang up and claimed there was no booking!! We were then late for wedding. They gave such a horrible attitude and claimed we can't have booked with them. Don't bother to use these people if you want and sense of professionalism or even a taxi at all!!!"
