"I booked a taxi some months ahead for 8 adults and luggage to get to Heathrow Airport and the same for the return journey home. I was very impressed with the administration and how they could always retrieve my booking details accurately and quickly when I was ringing to check the reservations. Today (Sunday 29th January 2023) we were picked up by Andrew who was fabulous with his communication in letting us know he had arrived well on time and where we could meet him. "I've had a number a bad experiences recently with taxi firms (not turning up, refusing to take a dog, or being so late that I missed trains). So you imagine how pleased I was to find a firm who are happy to take a dog at no extra charge (most Norwich firms who do take dogs charge an extra £5, rip off! ), who turned up on time and also had a really nice driver. I gave a generous tip, but also wanted to leave a good review, as this is the sort of firm I want to see they survive and thrive!"
