"We have waited four days for a response regarding what went wrong with our scheduled pick up, but have not received one. So unfortunately we feel that we must warn other customers of our experience, one that has been echoed in other online reviews I didn't see when first booking. We had a taxi booked for older family members at midnight from a remote countryside venue with no pedestrian pathways, and it simply didn't turn up. I rang the numbers I had for the firm several times and they both rang out, then started to go straight to voicemail. A text was not delivered until morning. One taxi co-incidentally from the same firm just had to keep shuttling back and forth as guests pleaded and waited in the rain, then guests got back 1.5 hours later than expected in the cold and dark. It was an inflexible approach to quoting so overpriced for the distance covered and time taken."
