"Don't ever use this firm, completely unprofessional and unresponsive. Would not give me direct contact details of solicitor handling my case and after 5 days of not being able to contact Natasha Nair or Rob New I gave up. I'm sure if I was a private client paying large fees I would have been a higher priority but as its legal aid they couldn't care less. Wouldn't even visit the custody centre because of covid even though all the other legal firms do so perhaps not covid related at all just see it as a great excuse to not do their job. I have made a complaint to the legal ombudsman."
