"Can't see where to leave 6 stars! This was my first visit to JMH with my 355 after many years of ownership and a technical let down by the previous independent I used to use! The team at JMH were just great from start to finish, the car was on a bit of a deadline as I had a trip to France booked and it was the car I wanted to take, however they quickly diagnosed my running issue and also gave the car a check over, all the time with great communication on their findings, with all work completed the final bill was very reasonable and the hand back was great, with the Tech. who had been working on the car showing me all the defective parts and explaining why they had failed / implications of failure. All in all a great experience, there's no question I'll be returning for all future service / repair work. Many thanks to Jason, Penny, Chris and all the team at JMH."

"This was my first time at JMH. My Porsche 996 Turbo needed a new coolant hose and was recovered to JMH on a thursday after speaking to Penny at the desk. She confirmed they have a Porsche-trained Technician (Ben) but that they were very busy and it may take 2 weeks to deal with my car due to the jobs already booked. She confirmed it was OK to have the vehicle recovered and it would be kept safe until they could work on it. I mentioned that is was booked for a service in 2 weeks time and I'd appreciate it if they could let me honour that date. Ben looked at the car the next day (Friday), confirmed a single hose had split and needed replacing and Jane priced up the parts and I gave the go-ahead on Friday afternoon. The parts arrived Tuessday the following week, and Ben had carried out the work on Wednesday and I collected the car Wednesday afternoon. Really excellent service and I am very grateful for Penny, Jane and Ben to have pulled out all the steps as quickly as they did to get my vehicle back on the road again in the shortest possible time. I will definitely be using JMH again. Porsche parts and Porsche coolant used. Price was very good and very reasonable. A main dealer would have been a lot more. Highly recommend JMH. Ben was really helpful and looked over the car and advised nothing else was needed other than replace one split hose. Penny and Jane also very helpful and kept me in the loop."

Dropped my Cayman off after getting an EML on the dash, didn't have an appointment but JMH were really accommodating and efficient in getting the car repaired quickly as i rely on the car for my daily commute.
