"I would give more stars if I could. I took my work van here for a MOT and was already aware faults were present due to its age. It expectedly failed, and the delay in parts and the extras to be done to make sure it was safe on the road started to hurt the bank. As a newly started business, this was causing frustration, and at one point, my frustration at the van came across to be at Mike. He understood and remained calm and reassured me that he was doing all he could. A few days later, a part finally arrived in the afternoon, and they got straight to work on my vehicle. Once sorted, he rushed to be re tested that same afternoon. By the time it passed, it would have meant I would have been late to get there and past closing. Mike called me, and i was a little out of the way. I heard one of his mechanics tell Mike (without being asked) that he would wait late for me to get there so I could get back to work with it. "Had van booked in for collection and repair. Collection agreed between 08:30 and 11am. Keys and vehicle left at agreed location. For some reason they call before collection. Call is missed but replied to 15 minutes later at 9:13. This is unacceptable to them and they cancel the booking. Poor service is compounded by aggressive and argumentative person answering their business number. Do not risk your business incurring costs at this unprofessional establishment."
