"Took my car in for an MOT, dropped off first thing after me asking. To be greeted rudely by reception staff, told to come back at 10am for collection, as I got there was told it wasn’t ready. Not even a phone call to give me a heads up there was a delay. Then returned to find out my car had failed it’s MOT (fine) when asking for a quote for repairs was just repeatedly told they were far too busy and wouldn’t be able to arrange repairs or a re test within 10 days. Which now means I have to pay another garage to complete an MOT. Joke of a company, rude staff & clearly just after your money. Should not be booking MOT tests knowing you are too busy for retests."
