"Recently seeker advice regarding guppy care (they used have fish before so possibly knowledgeable) that it’s fine to add guppies to a tank less than a week and before the recommended 2 water cycle needed (learnt afterwards from expert aquarium centre specialists at Hiller’s Horsham) This misinformation has killed all these guppies which were otherwise completely healthy. I’d not recommend them for fish care advice nor seek it from them after this that’s cost 5 guppies their lives and who knows how many more fish due to this misinformation. Very disappointing for a long standing pet shop which had fish for sale for years."
