"The modern clean centre with polite staff and accessible parking for €2,7 per hour. They answered the phone, provided the information about the waiting times and guidance for the appointment. The appointment was prompt and professional. There is also a coffee shop downstairs. Thank you!"

"Following a fall yesterday O called the primary health centre Bray to see if I.could get an X Ray. A lovely lady told me I could but would need a letter from my GP. I immediately went to my GP who examined me and requested that I have an X Ray. I brought my GP letter to the Bray Primary Health care centre in Bray where I was greeted by one of the rudest aggressive unprofessional people I have ever come across. I Explained my situation to her and asked her if I needed to make an appointment or was it was in. Her reply was ‘You should not be here you should be in a hospital’. I asked again nicely was it not possible to get an appointment in Brsy. She said no because it was a fall. And said very sarcastically “this is not a walk in centre”. You cannot have an X Ray here you need to go to a hospital. So disappointed as civility cost nothing. The lady clearly needs customer service training"

"Never ever get a definite answer to query only reply is we will call you back...... Never once have I got a call back much less an answer to the query."

"Why are there no disabled parking spaces near the door? There are some across the busy road. I sat and waited for a Set Down space to free up. None did! Disgraceful in a newly designed centre. Also phone not answered nor eventual voicemail message returned!"
