"I'm not sure of the name of the guy who served me tonight but he was brilliant. I wasn't sure which bulb I needed so he looked at my car and agreed I'd picked the right one. Last time I came there it was 2 young guys stood together at the tills, they searched my reg then they pushed me saying I needed to pay £30 something to buy a bulb, even though I said I didn't want it fitted. They said it would be best to let them do it even though i said i could do it myself. I left without buying anything. So i was very nervous about going back tonight but I needed a bulb. Whoever the guy was who served me, thank you so much. You made me feel like it was ok to ask questions and you helped me alot more than you know. I hope they realise how much of a good worker you are."
