"Very reduced hours so not really useful as they used to be"
"I was left outside in the pouring rain, when I attended for their advertised Monday morning opening time of 7am to pick up a parcel. I knocked the door and the lady turned her back on me. I asked a post woman to inform the lady at the counter that it was now 7.15am, only to be told opening on Monday is now 8am!! Absolutely disgusted that the times on the door weren't updated or that they didn't pop out to inform me, what a way to treat customers!!!"

"Difficult to park as only two spaces; one of which is a disabled space. The building is located on an industrial estate. The road outside the building is narrow and has cars parked on it so be careful when driving around there. Plus check opening times before making your journey as opening times are short. Take ID."
