"My father was suffering a servers ache. After calling 111 the second time we got a list of dentist to try. Most in the area have no interest as my father is only visiting Bedford and not registered locally. However I must praise all the staff at De-ientes because of the exceptional experience and support. The receptionist took the time to ask the questions and consulted the dentist. Phone me back as agreed, where the dentist agreed to see him. (Thank you for going that extra mile). We arrived earlier knowing having to fill in questionnaire, upon seeing the dentist both myself and my father was positively surprise the attention to details the dentist took to examine, question to find the issue. (The level of care simply put my current dentist to shame in comparison). Even my father he is not fond (actually scared of) dentist, the professionalism exhibited put him at ease!
