"AVOID AT ALL COSTS - walked up to the room which might I add stank of mould/damp throughout the building. Anyway as my son and I got to the door (my son walking in front and me behind) A woman I now know to Dr Shah i know her name as I asked her as she did not introduce herself to my son or I and we hadn’t even walked into the room as of yet as I stated we was still at the door when she asked my son what he was in for a 14 year old child which I found weird as it’s legally not permitted for children to attend dentist appointments with out a parent and I told her straight that’s he’s 14 im his mother and to address me the person who has parental responsibility over this child moving to Bedford recently this was the first dentist I tried and I’ll be driving to London for our appointments until I find a suitable place in Bedfordshire I’ll drive for a good service especially when it comes to my child. Her service throughout was appalling her ‘chair side’ manner was appalling it’s only when I stated I worked in her field that she just a little acted a little better. And as I work in her field did not trust her opinion and requested to look at the X-rays she performed on my son myself I also might add that they did not use any protective vest that on my son whilst carrying out the x-rays something I will be checking on as this has worried me a lot now I’m back home."

"Utterly Useless rude receptionist wouldnt even let me in the building for my emergency appointment complete joke waiting over an hour outside the building kept shooing me away just sitting there talking on her phone she shouldnt even have the job being like that should be fired.. going else where to find a proper dentist not joke like this one"

"I called to see if they are taking on new NHS patients and they said they are , so I went in to see what they are like . Right away they wanted payment before I had even been seen. Which for a dentist ive never heard of before, certainly wasn't happy as during the "checkup " they said they are taking NHS but only emergency. Not regular patients. So I left a bit confused . The tidyness of the dentist room could be better too, holes in walls , painting drab. I'm not entirely sure if I just had a bad experience but has any body else had the say no were only taking on emergency NHS right after they take your money??"

"I was a bit reluctant registering at this dentist because of the reviews but I got to say this was the best dentist I have ever been to. I only wish I was good at remembering names so I would mention the amazing dentist and nurse I had today. I went in after being let down at another dentist that I have been registered with for years. They had been neglecting my pain and just putting temporary Fillings on it and then the last one they put was touching the nerve which caused me so much pain I nearly overdosed on painkillers because no dentist would have emergency appointments for me. Luckily today I had my first appointment at this clinic and after xray and talking through with my options they have removed this tooth. I have removed many teeth unfortunately but this was the best one yet. No pain tooth didn't break even though was sideways and stuck between two other teeth. And was quick, also bleeding stopped straight away.... I was like what???? Normally I bleed for hours until it stops. I can't thank them enough."
