The staff were not very friendly or helpful and the service was slow. The food and drinks options were limited and not fresh. The gas pumps were not well-maintained and not in good working condition. Overall, I had a negative experience at this service station and would not recommend it to others."

"What a disappointment! Stopped here while passing for the toilet and a subway (as advertised on the roadside bill board). However, despite looking quite new and like a flagship #BP petrol station, it is a dump! The toilets are locked and "Out of Order" and the Subway has been closed down for what looks like years. It is very untidy and dirty inside and looks more like a small dirty corner shop than a leading British petrol station. I think BP should remove Nisa's franchise and make it an M&S service station. A real disappointment for Roade, Northamptonshire!"
