"This company was appointed to me by my insurance company and when they came to collect my car the driver got my car on to his trailer then reversed it back off again so I went back out to see if he needed guiding on, he tried again using wood under the wheels to which he dragged my front bumper on then as he carried on the wood smashed up into the side skirts of my car. I told him to stop and I walked round to check on the other side and noticed the front wheel had scraped against the side of the trailer and on his first attempt he must have done the same as there was a lovely big scratch down the passenger skirt so the trailer was clearly not fit for the job and now my cars in a worse state than it was before they arrived. I’m now awaiting a phone call to resolve the issue and shock! I’ve had no phone call. There website raves how professional their staff and company our but clearly that’s just a generic write out from Google they have used. AVOID!"

"Excel Body repairs should be called a magic shop. I had been in a minor accident with some ugly damage to the exterior of my car. After Excel magicians were done repairing it, my car looks better than it was before the accident and drives better too. I can't thank them enough! Amazing service and very courteous staff."

"Temporary receptionist had a dreadful manner and was rude when asked questions, sadly the manager was no better after asking why my car was taking so long after having been promised it would be returned within a week initially on booking in the works, then again on september 1st, we are on september 6th and i only got my car back this morning. I asked for an invoice for the works carried out after having an awful interaction with the manager on the 3rd of september after being promised all day that my vehicle would be returned to me on friday. The invoice claimed that they had installed a new bumper and the insurance company had signed off on their quotes for the work, However once the vehicle was inspected by myself and my neighbor who is a dent and paint specialist with 20 years experience in the industry it was clear no new bumper had been put on my car. I called and confronted them with this after an hour i received a call back claiming that they had magically made a mistake as they are working on several blue renault kadjars over the last 2 weeks with almost identical damage i must assume, and had incorrectly estimated and then invoiced for a new bumper on my vehicle but had corrected the mistake since i called. Several other reviews indicate that they have charged for new parts when none have been used before and I can only assume they think it's okay as insurance is picking up the bill for these claims. the car also had scuffs from burnt polish in the area's that had been worked on initially i thought they hadn't even fixed the panels to a decent standard but thankfully for them my neighbor knew and buffed them out and said the works acceptable at a 1.5 > 2m distance which is the industry standard and the work itself isn't bad, but 10/10 would not recommend due to the dreadful attitude of staff."
