"Took MGB in to sort out. When left Distributor not fixed to body work, choke not working, looks like gear box oil in the carbs not light oil, oil leak from rocker, points setting could float a boat through. Another mechanic pointed these out within 15 minutes on Sunday Also my van went in for its first service and 1 month later the engine oil renewal warning has come on! This does not bode well Have tried to communicate to this person many times but have had no response. USE THIS GARAGE AT YOU OWN PERIL"
"I took my 1996 MGF after having multiple problems with it. They looked it over and explained all the problems and gave me a quote on how much it would cost to fix. After the go ahead they started the work promptly, giving me updates via whats app with videos of how it was going. I can't fault the service they gave me and i will definitely be going back to them the future for all my car problems. Would highly recommend them"
"Took my car to get serviced here and have no issues with the service provided but I was then told that the head gasket needed doing and was quoted £1500. I was reluctant to pay that so called out a trusted MG Rover mechanic who after checking the engine confirmed that the head gasket didn't even need replacing. Worth noting too that this trusted Mg mechanic quoted just £400 to replace the HG including fuel and labour. Won't be returning to this garage as I fear that they hoped to take advantage of my basic mechanical knowledge by quoting what appear to be drastically inflated prices. I am glad other people have had a good experience here but I cannot say the same unfortunately."
