"Was really helpful and more concerned with giving actual advise instead of what usually might happen which is give a quote and that's it. I came in for my passenger fiat car seat lock mechanism broken. What given options one of which included how to fix myself, felt respected as a customer with polite and welcoming service from both mechanic and office assistant.
