"Very poor service provided by this amateur back street garage unit. I had a small job performed on my T5 a few months back which they performed adequately with. So booked my Defender in for a service and wheel bearing replacement on the back of that job. The owner seemed rather reluctant to do the work from the start but still asked me to bring it in on the Wednesday 10/06/20. Phoned up at just gone 9am on the day of the work being carried out to say that he couldn’t do the job and that he could maybe phone me next week. I’ve taken a day off my self employed work to deal with the car today and these amateurs cancel last minute. They’re also not able to do Transporter wheel bearings without ordering in specialist tools. Take your vehicle to a more professional establishment would be my suggestion."
