"Waiting forever for click and collect, staff around but no one helping at service desk. Shocking"
"Tried to return an item, Paula the manager on duty said it couldn't be returned as it had been opened. We opened it to read the instructions as you do, it's for a 7 month old so we wanted to make sure the item was safe as it was for use in a bath, we then discovered it wasn't what we wanted or expected. If the instructions were printed on the side of the box she would have an argument. The item wasn't used, it was packed away as we'd bought it. Very condescending person, I worked in this very store for a spell and if I spoke to and looked down on a customer in the way she did to me I'd be very disappointed in myself. A lot of toys and accessories for our 7 month old will now be bought elsewhere as a result."

"Thanks so much to the girl who was on Friday 30th.I as well as 2 other people we’re waiting outside in the rain for PlayStation 5 consoles.The girl in store let us wait inside the front area of the shop out of the rain as it was terrible morning.We got our Play Station consoles and were on our way by 9:00am.The staff on that day were so friendly.Smyths Naas great service thank you"
