"From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the warm atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. We browsed and were asked sporadically if we needed help, non-intrusively. Having chosen what we wanted, we went and got a staff member who immediately joined us. She was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer everything we asked, up to and including removal and upcycling of our old furniture. The excellent service didn't end there. We had vouchers and they were causing a huge amount of hassle. We spent more than 40 minutes trying to get them to work, during which time they offered us tea or coffee, showed incredible patience and shared great banter with us. On top of all this, despite the policy being to put down a 50% deposit, they said that they would hold our order and not to worry. By the time we finally managed to get the vouchers sorted, there were 3 staff members involved, all incredibly helpful and friendly and all of us were in stitches laughing over various parts of the situation. I can safely say I didn't expect to be entertained while buying a couch, but add that to the professionalism and care that we were shown and I genuinely can't recommend this site any higher. Don't bother with anywhere else, this is the shop you were looking for!"
