"After being charged an extortionate amount for a new turbo from a previous garage, that I did not need amongst another garage telling me there’s nothing wrong with my car, my manager recommended Mike @ progress motors. I could not thank him enough. He found the fault with my car, explained to me the ins and outs of why it was not working and what the job entailed. He kept in contact every day or two to let me know the next stage and how much it would cost. He went above and beyond with my car he really did. My cars and Renault so majority of the ‘stuff’ he needed to get to was pretty deep inside the car. No job was too much for him. Due to the amazing customer service also, I chose to get my car serviced on top & he even showed me evidence of this when I came to collect the car. Lovely staff, brilliant manager.
