"I ordered presents from the store and paid online. Due to my work schedule my nan went to collect the orders. Making the story short they did not hand over some of my items, nan not knowing and leaving. She then goes to ask of they still had the for rude staff and manager. They have no front cameras to prove the items where given and spout some rubbish that a staff member goes to a draw. The accuse my 70 year old nan of lying. The staff are rude incompetent and someone at the store is a thief!! I will be taking this further don't use the store they if I could give 0 I would."
