"Absolutely useless. Hardly ever answer the phone. Never got the parts you want, even a standard 12v battery,. When you're in the shop it takes ages to get served, then you have to wait even longer for the parts to be sorted, by this time you've missed your practice session. Parts and tools are more than double the price if you got them form elsewhere. For God sake get your act together."
