"Ordered new exhaust parts online (easy process and quick delivery) but when fitted by local garage the exhaust pipes were misaligned. Garage assured me they had fitted the parts correctly and were unable to level the pipes. I contacted EliseParts and Ian sent photos of which bits the garage could adjust, but they were still unable to rectify the issue. I contacted Ian again and he offered to have a look himself if I was prepared to drive the 80 miles to their offices. I went today and he cured 99% of the misalignment, even though it wasn’t really their responsibility. What’s more, he didn’t charge for the work. Now that is excellent customer service! Needless to say, I thoroughly recommend Elise Parts!"
