"Don't post reviews often but have to say that Thomas who served me today was absolutely fantastic. I've been to many Hale kiosks and stores, never met such a pleasant staff member. These things should be noted by Hale as Thomas is the kind of person you would want serving you, especially if you're new to vaping."
"It's now probably over a year since I wrote the old review, now I want to add the staff are much more happier and more helpful one girl even remembers my order and phone no. Makeing it a quick and easy transaction, they have really changed from my original review and as I said in my previous review don't buy cheaper €1.50 oil's they will destroy your lungs believe me. 3 for €12,is not a huge price to pay for your health. I could tell you bad stories but I won't. Anyway keep up the good work and stay happy u could have much worse jobs. All the best."

"I've never had a worse experience, lady with pink hair spent the whole time gloating to herself about how 2 colleagues were let go and finally when I decide on what I wanted I walk up and she rolls her eyes at me because she has to get her lazy self up off the seat to serve me for 2 seconds. Worst customer service ever and Maria or Marie whatever her name is would be better off replaced with the two people that were let go"
