Reviews
"Be cautious when shopping at this store. I have been shopping at this store for more than 2years.Over a 150 times. Tonight the manager(woman) at the duns store was incredibly condescending and mean. There are two queues: one for self-service and one for teller service. No one was standing in the queue for the teller so I stood in the queue for the teller. At this point the manager publicly ridiculed me and reprimanded me with the intention of publicly embarrassing me -- for standing in the wrong queue. Any South African or American should rather shop at another store, preferably not duns. When I asked to make a complaint the woman simply walked off without providing me a means to let the owners know about the incident. This is a dereliction of duties, and I most certainly felt intimidated. Bad service."
"Terrible customer service during my visit to this store this afternoon. Normally I enjoy a pleasant experience but not today. The man with the slight bald head (dark hair) of small/medium height caught my attention as he was supposed to be working away assisting the customers on the self scans. I watched him walk straight to the security guard and overheard him telling him to keep tabs on me. Absolutely disgraceful carry-ons. I have read down previous reviews on this place and they really back up just how unpleasant this store is. Go elsewhere people!"
"staff are slightly rude and look like they crave death cant blame them when they work here though. annoying things that the self service counters dont scan the value clubcard on phones properly, same with vouchers meaning i had to wait to be served by a human after it wouldnt work on the self service. pretty embarrassing"
"Stood in a que for the deli for most of my lunch break. Left empty handed. One person serving on the hot counter. Young Lad. I thought it was physically impossible to move as slow as you, I was wrong. Not much point having a fully staffed deli when no one is working. They do have their plans sorted for the weekend though. New day. Today is 15th September. Cooked chicken has a shelf life of 3 days. Bought chicken pasta salad today and I'd has a date giving it 6 days to best before. If I could give zero stars I would. The shop has no redeeming qualities."
