"Pathetic! I am really disappointed with them. They could not find my address and every-time the reason is same the intercom is not working. They are attaching wrong gate photos in the delivery. I have given them the instruction(gate pin) and my personal phone number too still they can't find my address and can't call me. They does not seems serious with their business. I recommend not to do business with this company. When you call them they will lie about the delivery status. One person said it will be delivered tomorrow and when I called next day they said they have returned the order to the sender. Because they need extra money to attempt the delivery. "Job well done! I was expecting a parcel today between 11.15 and 1.15pm and when it was not delivered by 2pm, which is unusual for APC, I called your office and spoke to Gemma. She was extremely helpful and explained my parcel had been attempted to be delivered but could not gain access, I explained I had been in all morning as I really needed the package of First Aid manuals for a class I am running tomorrow and that the buzzer must not be working, she went out of her way to trace the parcel and driver and arranged for a swift re-delivery, the delivery driver Craig was also a great help by calling me to let me know he was on his way back with my delivery and kept me updated with his arrival. Can I just say that as a business owner myself, these are the kind of people we all need working for us, nothing was to much trouble for either of them, they were polite and really helpful and a credit to the team and your business. Well done Gemma and Craig, I really appreciate you getting my package to me today as promised."
