"Rang for a taxi at 1.56am to be told that a cab will be 10 minutes, 20 minutes later I ring back to find out where the cab is and I'm asked what my address is again? I tell the guy and he says he will speak to the driver and find out where he is. 10 minutes later I call back again to be asked what's my house number again and then I'm put on hold "while he asks the driver again" where he is. The phone cuts off so I ring back multiple times just to have the call sent to busy. No one showed up to my address and no one had the decency to ring me back and apologise and explain why no one was coming. 50 minutes in total waiting for a 10 minute cab.. worst service"
