"Rang up to Order my Bilstein B14 rear coil over springs (replacement), on the 23rd March. Took the payment saying they had them in stock and would be sending them the next day , I had to call back two days later as they didn't arrive the company then told me they haven't got them in stock. I got all the evidence via a recording of the phone call. and I'm waiting for my reimbursement from them. If not then I will be informing trading standards as this is a classic example of trade by false advertisement. My very strong advise for other customers is tread with caution as this company is very unorganised and dodgy."
"WARNING WARNING- I'm changing my shocks,rotors and pads, so l ordered the shocks in plenty of time to keep my labour charge to a minimum. Not only did these idiots put the wrong delivery address down and the goods were returned to Germany, they also refused to reorder another set for next day delivery and now l have to take my car back to the garage and get charged twice for labour."
