The only down side is when we have to get our annual trustees signatures as we have to travel to get one of them (not their fault). As time goes on, we tend to forget exactly what we have covered, again, not their fault. Thoroughly recommended"
"This organisation is the brain-child of Paul Blackmoore. His mission in life is to provide the kind of protection & advice that is available to the rich & famous to common mortals at an affordable price. To that end he provides advice at no cost, payment is only due if you proceed with any of the services that are available. In making out our wills we were assured that we should not feel pressured but to continue refining the wording until we were satisfied. It took us several months and a number of revisions, and we were impressed with the patience of their staff. I have no hesitation in recommending this organisation whole-heartedly."
"everything appeared to have been set up fine. Later they rang to say that they needed to come and see us (at home) to check that everything was OK for us, but we waited in and nobody arrived. A phone call to find out what happened produced "Phone back in office hours" ! Never heard a word since. Following a reaction to this review it would appear that a phone message was left cancelling the meeting because there was no problem with what they had set up for us. Unfortunately we never got this message hence our feelings. So we will give them another star."
