"I broke the arm of my glasses and panicked because I thought I'd have to get them sent off to be fixed. The man at the counter was really helpful and said although he couldn't fix them he could put the lenses in a new frame. The whole process took about 10 minutes. I paid half the price of the original frames because I think I was out of warranty (which can be expensive depending on what frames you have) but I was relieved the problem was rectified so quickly. If you break your glasses and the lenses are okay, I'm sure you can receive this service too. I'm grateful I can see again!"
"Here with my Daughter after a 17 hr shift last night. Rushed to pick her up and get her there for 10.15 appointment that had been text to her. They then told her it would be,at 10.55 than proceeded to chat to each other for 20 minutes while she waited outside the room. Totally unprofessiona. Didn't get her in until I complained"
