"Popped in to get some weekly shopping and hadn't got a coin for the trolley. I was delighted to see that some very clever and thoughtful member of staff had made the decision to unlock every trolley ,so hats off to the person , fairplay to you .While on my way to the car ,I noticed an elderly gentleman scanning the section with the wheelchair accessible trolleys to get an unlocked trolley as he didn't have a coin,I told him that all the standard trolleys were unlocked ,he was delighted,so onelce again fair play to the staff member who made the decision to unlock all the trolleys ,more stores need to do this , especially at busy times ."
