"Today I've had one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Whilst picking up a prescription I asked the Pharmacist (Mr Ajmol Ali) about a possible side effect of one of the medications I was taking. Not only did he explain the possible side effects clearly but then proceeded to take a history of my problem and give me a very thorough examination. He suggested a possible cause of the problem I was experiencing and prescribed a medicine he thought would help. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but friendly and considerate in his manner. Whether or not the medicine sorts out the problem is secondary to the excellent service he provided. Thank you Mr Ali."
"Truly awful service here in the last year or so, my repeat prescription doesn't get reordered, when it is, the don't collect them from the doctor until the end of the day, when I queried this, I was rudely told that they have lots of customers, and that if it wasn't good enough for me I should order myself. Will be switching to another pharmacy asap. Also, they rarely have all my items in stock. Absolute clowns."

"I've been using this pharmacy for many years and the service used to be very good. In the last year or so the service has gone gown hill, prescriptions weren't ready or missing. The last two visits they've blamed the drs and sent me to the drs only to find out that Well had my prescription all along. The staff there currently are rude and not even vaguely helpful. Enough is enough and I've gone to another chemist."
