"I just left this Tesco. I wanted buy cucumber but wasn't code on it. So I asked lady ( pink hair) for it, she said she can't leave her station (ok understandable) I asked her to call someone for the code and she totally ignored me, I asked second time she ingnored me second time. moree important was for her chat to her friend then this for what I asked. Really not nice."
"Being going here all my life and it is easily the most shocking Tesco I have ever been too. Such a bad selection of food compared to any other Tesco. Was also there recently and one staff member was beyond rude and completely incapable of doing their job as all they could is chat to another colleague even though was queue waiting to be served. They decided to step back from the till for 2 mins and have a chat. Very “professional”"
"Not too busy no ques pleasant staff"
"Terrible queues. Only 1 serviced checkout is open most of the time which always seems to have a massive queue that moves at a snail's pace. The self-service checkout generally has a long queue too. Plenty of staff around chatting and not keeping an eye on queues. Liffey Valley Tesco is further from me but it's quicker to go out of my way to go there instead, and they have a much bigger selection too. Forget buying ice-cream, it will be melted by the time you get out of the shop."
"While paying for items at the self checkouts, there was an issue with my ClubCard app where my card would not display. When we asked for assistance, or even a store card, my partner and I were treated rudely by a member of staff. We then asked could we at least use someone else's Clubcard, and we were told we could not … while she simultaneously allowed two older women to swap a card right in front of us all. She subsequently called her manager over, who was equally rude, particularly to my partner. Outrageous treatment of customers they are meant to me assisting. Will not be returning, and have closed my ClubCard account."
