"The front staff are great, but some of the staff behind the deli are outright clueless and rude.Today I asked for mozzarella cheese and while I wasn't looking, cheddar was put on both of my items - I simply let them know I didn't want cheddar and to please prepare the items with mozzarella and they tell me no because it costs them money. I just said well, I said mozzarella. Decided to leave because no point in wasting any more breath at that stage. It is not my fault that your mistake will cost an extra 50c at the end of the month."
"This is how a local shop should be. Even before the pandemic, they had excellent customer service, but they have come into their own in recent times. They delivered groceries to my mother (who is cocooning) quickly and easily. I often asked my mother why she chose this shop to do her shopping in and I understand why now. Lovely people, great range of products, nothing too much for them to do to assist."
"Mc Hugh's Centra was revamped at the beginning of 2019, giving it a fresh open look and a coffee shop inside. Shopping is still as good as before, with better prices than other supermarkets in Raheney or Sutton."
"This is a small supermarket quite near to me, so I tend to run up here if I need bread or milk or something I forgot to get. You could do a "big" shop in it, but I tend to go to a larger supermarket for my weekly shopping. Anyway, the shop is always kept very clean and all the staff (except for one young woman on the deli counter) are very friendly! It's a pity about her attitude, because everyone else is helpful and friendly, but for some reason she is always sarky and unhelpful! The other people on the counter are lovely so I'm not sure what her issue is! Besides her, I would recommend this supermarket because they have lovely fresh food, the meat counter is excellent and they have most things you need. They will also order in anything that you can't find if they can. Good all round local shop that is well run and managed. They also have plenty of parking. I would recommend."
